  • NOJEX and Napex followup by Tom on 2011-06-18

    We enjoyed seeing those of you who were able to visit NOJEX and Napex. The stamp market seems to be alive and thriving, and why not? Material that once was available seems to have disappeared from our shores, perhaps never to return. We were once the great storehouse of philatelic abundance, and now we are the main exporters. To those of you who have built fine collections over the years you can be proud of your foresight, for now it would be very difficult to duplicate the effort. We'll continue to try to locate the scarce items so many of you have given us on your want lists.

    Our son Matt just created this new website for us. We will be able to keep it updated much more often from now on, with commentaries on shows, the state of the British stamp market, and interesting life blurbs. Be sure to check back from time to time!

Greetings! Our fall season begins on a high note. It has been six weeks since our last show, so everything is FRESH! We are especially pleased to have both an Ireland and Bermuda specialized collection to add to our inventory. Our website is updated with the events to which we will be attending. As always, we will have many boxes of new lots and collections to browse through. We hope to see you all there!

We wish our friends a happy New Year and a prosperous 2009! The year has been interesting, to say the least. Surprisingly, even in these difficult economic times, the scarce material so many of you are looking for, and counting on us to locate, is just not surfacing. We have been able, through diligent effort, to freshen our inventory. With December being our "stock building" month, we will be doing three major shows in January with very much new to offer. Any special wants, just email me at toga@togaassociates.com or call me! We hope to see many of you at the shows.

The 2008 Spring Mega Show is now history! It was great to see old friends, and to meet new ones. The show truly was exciting from start to finish. We were able to purchase much new material, and received many leads that will provide us with fresh stock for the coming months. Please keep in mind that having your want lists on file will allow us to notify you beforehand of what material we are going to offer at the show. Our next show in the New York area is WESTPNEX at the County Center in White Plains, New York on April 11-13. We hope to see many of you there!

The ASDA Mega Show is quickly approaching. It is being held at Madison Square Garden on March 6-9. We hope you can visit New York during this time and meet with us in person. On May 9-11, we will be attending the Boxborough show in the Boston area, as well as NAPEX in Washington DC on June 6-8. Be sure to add these dates to your calendar as these are very large shows worthy of your attendence. And, you can always plan them around a pleasure trip!
